Returns

We want you to love your Butt Stuff. If a hat or apron shows up and it is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund. It needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Stickers, buttons, magnets, and can coolers are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. If something shows up busted, reach out within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right.

How to start a return

Reply to your order confirmation email, use the Contact page, or email piggy@teambuttstuff.com with your order number and what you are sending back. We will send you the return address.

Return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges

Easiest route: return the item for a refund and place a new order for what you want. If you need a different size or design on a defective item, say so when you reach out and we will sort it out.
